I really have no clue how it was done, I didn't take any part in making it. If you watch it on youtube, the info about the clip gives a link to the original. The second one was (so I've been told) played into something called an autotune mic (I haven't the slightest idea what that is though. Look it up on wikipedia maybe?). As far as I know that's all that was done, but I really haven't a clue.
